Animal Intake Policy
Sanctuary One does not accept animals from the general public. If we had unlimited land and money we would save every animal that needs help, but we only have 55 acres and a limited budget. That's why we only accept animals transferred from animal shelters and sanctuaries, qualified rescue groups, and government agencies.
Animal abandonment is a crime in Oregon and anyone caught abandoning an animal at the Sanctuary will be prosecuted.
